About this event
Teams of four progress through three common engineering missions followed by a semi-final and final. Round 1 is a timed system-intelligence challenge involving waveforms, protocols, RTL and circuit evidence. Round 2.1 is hands-on fault forensics using deliberately faulty hardware. Round 2.2 requires teams to implement a constrained system and adapt when a requirement changes. The top eight teams advance to a semi-final Blind Handoff, where one pair designs a solution and another implements it using only the provided documentation. The top four then compete in a final challenge.
