LEADS Innovation Challenge

LEADS Innovation Challenge is a non-technical entrepreneurship and leadership simulation run over two connected rounds and 100 marks. In Round 1 teams get a startup problem statement and have 50 minutes to build the venture around it — name, concept, logo, brand identity, positioning and target audience, all created during the event. Judges shortlist from there, and Round 2 hands each surviving team a crisis tied to its own startup: adapt the strategy, then pitch the whole journey to an investor-style panel for 8 minutes with 2 minutes of questions on feasibility, scalability, financial sustainability and how the crisis was handled. The startup you create in the first hour is the one you defend to the end. No prior startup experience is needed, nothing may be prepared in advance, and cross-disciplinary teams are encouraged.
