About this event
Three rounds. One connected technical challenge. Every round shapes the next, with scores turning into hints and discoveries giving you an advantage as you progress. There are no eliminations — all three rounds count, and every point, hint and discovery can change the outcome.
- Round 1 – ByteLock (Coding & CS Quiz): test your programming, logic and computer-science skills in a fast-paced quiz designed to challenge how quickly you can think and spot what others miss. Your Round 1 score earns Hint Tokens for Round 2.
- Round 2 – Debug Mode (Application Bug Hunt): step into a deliberately broken application and uncover what lies beneath. Find hidden bugs, identify unexpected behaviour and earn points for every valid discovery, with bonus points for finding something beyond the expected. Your Round 2 performance earns Hint Points for Round 3.
- Round 3 – Root Access (CTF Puzzle Hunt): put everything to the test in the final hunt. Solve technical puzzles, uncover hidden clues, chase flags and spend your Hint Points strategically as you race against the clock.
